Demands for ships:
Ships calling Port of Koldingh must supply their agent before arrival with following informations:
1) Information of the latest 10 ports of call
2) Copy of the ship's "International Ship Security Certificate" ( only on the 1st. call to the port )
3) The ship's "Continuos Synopsis Record" ( CSR )
4) Crewlist
5) List of crewchange - if any
6) List of visitor(s) on board during the port stay
7) Detailed list of companies who are due to deliver commodities and/or services
8) List of passenger(s) - if any
9) Int. tonnage certificate (Only 1st call)
Ships, which do not have an agent or a shipbroker, must in due time before arrival provide the Port Authority with above ( 1-8 ) informations by mail koldingport@kolding.dk or fax.: (+45)7550 2058
Requirements for the crew:
All crewmembers, who want to go ashore, must possess and carry a valid ID with photo - e.g. passport, driving lincense, seamans book.
Issue of "Declaration of Security" ( DoS ):
DoS is only issued under the following circumstances:
1) The ship is operating at a higher security level than the port / facility or another ship she is interfacing with.
2) There has been a security threat or a security incident involving the ship or the port facility as applicable.
3) The ship has been into a port / facility, which not require to have and implement an approved Port Facility Security Plan.
Ships, who need a DoS and fulfill one of above ( 1-3 ) security conditions, must do as followed:
1) Announce that they require a DoS and supply documentations for the above requirement to the Port of Kolding by mail to koldingport@kolding.dk or by fax.: (+45) 7550 2058.
2) Wait for the PFSO to board the ship upon arrival. Load- or discharging are prohibited until all security concerned is in order.
All expenses for issuing a DoS are on the ship's account.
